Our products are custom-made sport uniforms with personalized printing. We only accept returns for defective items.
- Non-defective items: Custom printed jerseys with names, numbers or custom graphics cannot be returned or refunded, because these products are made specifically for your order.
- Defective items: If you receive damaged or defective goods, please contact us within 14 days after delivery. You need to provide clear photos to show the defects. We will check the issue and arrange solution for you.
- Shipping cost: Return shipping cost for defective products will be covered by us after confirmation.
- Refund: Once we receive and verify the defective goods, we will process your refund or remake the item for you.
